About William Madden
Associate Attorney
Bill Madden joined us as an associate attorney in 2026. He previously practiced with litigation firms of all sizes, including a large national firm, where he handled complex civil litigation matters across the country. His practice has included complex cases in both state and federal courts and has focused heavily on legal research and writing at all stages of litigation.

Bill is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits.

A native of Hays, Kansas, Bill and his wife live in Overland Park.
