Bill Madden joined Jonathan Sternberg, Attorney, P.C., as an associate attorney in 2026. He previously practiced with litigation firms of all sizes, including a large national firm, where he handled complex civil litigation matters across the country. His practice has included high-stakes cases in both state and federal courts and has focused heavily on legal research and writing at all stages of litigation.

Bill received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2017, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also received multiple CALI Awards for the to grades in his classes. He received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Dartmouth College in 2008.

Bill is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas.
